1. Second Bedroom on Main Floor. An in-law or second bedroom on the main floor was the top request from our buyers in the Charlotte/ Fort Mill area. This feature can come in handy with younger children or when friends and family come to town to visit.
2. Kitchen. Thanks to an endless supply of new recipes from the internet, buyers have been very interested in a spacious kitchen with a ton of counter space.
