- The median home sales price was $160,000 (from Sept ’12 – Nov ’12) which is up 4.9% from the same period last year.
- The average listing price was $288,936 (for week ending December 5, 2012) which is down 1.1% from the same week last year.
- Popular neighborhoods include Myers Park and Dilworth. The average listing prices are $992,044 and and $385,137 respectively.
