The Charlotte real estate market is seeing a residential rebound.
October home sales in the Charlotte area were up 13.3% from a year earlier, according to the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association.
This month, average sales price of a Charlotte home is $228,080, up 8.5% from last year. There are also over 3,100 pending sales, which is an increase of 20.5% over last year.
