ZipRealty, an online real estate brokerage firm, produces an annual report that identifies the best-rated public school systems, along with a median price per square footage in each area.
ZipRealty’s report gave each school system a quality rating out of ten.

- Seattle, Mercer Island School District 400: 9.1, $344
