Fun Labor Day Weekend Events
This Labor Day celebrate the long weekend with some fun local activities!

- Labor Day Celebration: Bring your friends and family out to this all-day festival and enjoy food, drinks and live music performances throughout the day, followed by a beautiful firework show above the river at the US National Whitewater Center on August 30th.
Yummy Labor Day Treats
Ingredients:
- 2 store bought pound cakes
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 pint raspberries
- Whipped cream
Instructions:
1. Slice pound cake into 1 inch slices, and cut circles to fit jars. Alternately you could cut the pound cake into cubes.
2. Starting with a layer of cake on the bottom, follow with blueberries, whipped cream, raspberries, and top with another layer of cake.
Garnish with more whipped cream and berries if desired.
