Realtor.com data revealed ten metro markets that have bright Q3 sales indicators and Charlotte is one of them! According to the realtor.com June National Housing Trend Report that was recently released, Charlotte homes are selling on average 14 days faster than a year ago-the most improved median inventory among the ten markets!!
So, what does this mean?
Home sellers nationwide are now enjoying the perks of price increases, while homebuyers are enjoying having more homes to choose from.
Jonathan Smoke, a chief economist for relator.com, states, “Diversification in the areas experiencing healthy real estate economies is a key indicator that the housing recovery has becoming more sustainable.”
