The Ashley Wilson Realty Group family had our team retreat on Tuesday to gear up for the new year, and our 2018 theme is Commitment to Excellence.
We kicked off the day with a little blindfolded trust exercise that resulted in lots of laughs and maybe an injury or two.
After bandages were applied, we continued by reaffirming our commitment to our team and our commitment to our clients. Our guest speaker, Jim Fischetti, Regional Director at Keller Williams Greater PA, had such valuable knowledge to share about committing to do better in all aspects of our lives. We are beyond excited to apply what we learned from him.
We also spent time discussing our goals from this year and next year. For inspiration, we filmed an interview with a couple of the agents who met their goals, which you can watch below.
To promote trust and some healthy competition, we planned a scavenger hunt for the end of the day. We answered questions and riddles that took us all over downtown Raleigh, and it was tons of fun.
Overall, 2018 is going to be a fantastic year. We cannot wait for it!
