Dawn is a native of North Carolina, growing up in Smithfield and graduating from UNC Chapel Hill with a BA in Political Science.  After college, Dawn worked as a sales manager for the Hyatt Regency, where she developed her marketing and communication skills in the Atlanta area.  She relocated to Raleigh in 1989 and began her real estate career, working in commercial real estate for JM Kane and Company.

In 1993, Dawn moved to Davidson, NC and after taking time off to raise her 3 children, she started working in residential real estate.  Dawn quickly became a top producer for Lake Norman Realty, in their Davidson office.

Dawn has recently brought her communication skills, responsiveness to clients and negotiation skills back to Raleigh.  She has the experience and knowledge required to understand her clients’ goals and objectives, bringing them the best price for their homes in the quickest time possible.  Her ultimate goal is always to exceed her client’s expectations.

Dawn’s career in both Commercial and Residential real estate provides her clients with outstanding professional service.  Dawn’s clients know that she will work tirelessly on their behalf and that they can trust her throughout every aspect of their transaction.  Her caring nature and dedication to her clients ensures satisfied repeat clients and referrals.

Dawn values her family time with her children and husband, visiting her daughters who currently live in Nashville and Paris, as well as attending football games at Ole Miss, where her son is currently a freshman.  She enjoys attending UNC football and basketball games, traveling and dining.
